The chart below shows the various right and wrong side increases and how they lean for both left and right handed knitters. When the need to substitute one stitch for another presents you can quickly find what stitch will let you do what you need. I apologize I do not have videos for all of these stitch types however they will be coming in the near future.

K2Tog (Continental/English)- Knit Two Together
SSK - (Continental/English) Slip, Slip, Knit (slipped stitches are slipped as if to knit)
KSP (KSPO, KSPSSO) - Knit, Slip, Pass slipped stitch over (slipped stitch is slipped as if to purl for an open decrease, slipped as if to knit to create a twisted decrease.)
SKP (SKPO, SKPSSO) - Slip, Knit, Pass slipped stitch over - (slipped stitch is slipped as if to knit for an open decrease, slipped as if to purl to create a twisted decrease.)
SSK2Tog (SSK2Togtfl) - Slip, Slip, pass the two slipped stitches back to the right hand needle then knit the two stitches together through the front loops - (slipped stitched are slipped as if to knit)
K2togtbl - Knit two stitches together through the back loop.
P2Tog- (Continental/English) Purl two stitches together.
SSPtbl- Slip, Slip, pass the two slipped stitches back to the right hand needle then purl the two stitches together through the back loop (Slipped stitches are slipped as if to knit.)
SPP (SPPO, SPPSSO) - Slip, Purl, Pass slipped stitch over (Slipped stitch is slipped as if to purl for an open decrease, slipped as if to knit for a twisted decrease.)
PSP (PSPO, PSPSSO) - Purl, Slip, Pass (Slipped stitch is slipped as if to knit for an open decrease, slipped as if to purl for a twisted decrease.)
SSP - Slip, Slip, Purl (Slipped stitches are slipped as if to knit.)
P2togtbl - Purl two stitches together through the back loop.
